The Memorial Opera house offers you a wide variety of choices of bar service packages for your event! Our staff will work with you to choose a bar package that will fit your needs. Listed below are our standard bar packages. These packages can be customized to suit the tastes of your guests and your budget.

openbarservice

We will run a tab for the host for all drinks consumed and will provide you with a list of types and brands of liquor available, as well as the time period needed. A $75 set up fee per bar will be added, which includes garnishes, cocktail napkins, disposable cups, straws and ice. Our experienced bartenders are charged at the rate of $13 per bartender per hour. The number of bartenders needed will be determined by our Front of House Manager, and will be based on the type of bar service, hours of service and guest count. One bartender is required per 100 guests.

The guests pay for each drink as they are ordered. We will provide you with a list of types and  brands of liquor, beer and/or wine available, as well as the time period needed. A set up fee of $75 will be added per bar which includes cocktail napkins, disposable cups, straws and ice. Our experienced bartenders are charged at the rate of $13 per bartender per hour. The number of bartenders needed will be determined by our Front Of House Manager, and will be based on the type of bar service, hours of service and guest count. One bartender is required per 100 guests.

This bar package includes BEER, WINE And SODA ONLY, at the rate of $15 per guest, and is limited to 5 hours. Additional hours are available at $2.50 per guest per hour. Beverages available are Miller Lite, Sam Adams Boston Lager, Sam Adams Seasonal, Fat Tire, Yuengling, Hess Cabernet Sauvignon, Hess Chardonnay, Coke, Sprite and Diet Coke. There is a $75 set up fee per bar which includes cocktail napkins, disposable cups, straws and ice. Our experienced bartenders are charged at the rate of $13 per hour. The number of bartenders needed will be determined by our Front Of House Manager, and will be based on the type of bar service, hours of service and guest count. One bartender is required per 100 guests.

This bar package includes MIXED DRINKS, BEER, WINE and SODA at the rate of $20 per guest and is limited to 5 hours. Additional hours are available at $3.00 per guest per hour. Beverages available are Tito's Brand Vodka, Grey Goose, Bacardi, Sailor Jerry, Dewars, McCallan, Jack Daniels, Jim Beam, Bombay Sapphire, Hendricks, Crown Royal, Amaretto, Miller Lite, Sam Adams Boston Lager, Sam Adams Seasonal, Fat Tire, Yuengling, Hess Cabernet Sauvignon, Hess Chardonnay, Coke, Sprite and Diet Coke. There is a set up fee of $75 per bar which includes garnishes, cocktail napkins, disposable cups, straws and ice. Our experienced bartenders are charged at the rate of $13 per bartender per hour.
